I just wanted to Thank all of you @Frisco Crossfit for EVERYTHING. I have been very Impressed with how everyone, the staff & even the members(Vets & Newbies) are with each other. I’m a Huge believer in surrounding myself with Great Positive Uplifting People. I also absolutely LOVE LOVE Frisco TX. We have a very Compassionate Loving Community that is not the easiest to find this much Greatness in one place.

I’m @ The Right Place, at the Right Time & with the Right People at my church & now here @Frisco CrossFit. Thank you all so very much!

I first met Cory last March after failing miserably at a GORUCK Challenge in Austin. At that time I was also 5 months removed from radiation for Thyroid cancer…. needless to say, I was not in great shape. I had a long conversation with Cory about what I wanted to do, and how to get there.

Since then, I have completed 3 Tough Mudder events, a Super Spartan, and 2 GORUCK CHallenges, going back for another on 3/17, plus the GORUCK Ascent (climbing 3 14ers – 14000+ foot peaks) over labor day in Colorado last year. My mile has also dropped from 10:30 to just over 7 minutes.

Cory, Kahle, Jared and John have taken my internal drive and driven it toward the Crossfit workouts, and interval training. I would not be physically nor mentally where I am today without this type of training. The atmosphere of encouragement from other members reinforces mental strength and toughness as well. I am looking forward to my first push at the Crossfit Games and future Crossfit events.

I have been a member at Frisco Crossfit for 6 months now. I was in the military for 11 years where they have fitness requirements for pushups, situps, and running. I went through basic training at age 18, where I ran the 2 mile test they have in 12:30 and weighed 150 pounds.

At age 31, after 6 months of Crossfit, at 185 pounds, I ran a 3.12 mile run in 19:21. My 2 mile time was 12:15. My best race time, running 25 to 40 miles a week, was 21:32. I have ONLY ran approximately 10 miles in the last two months. That`s results!

I have competed in triathlons, various running races, and lifted weights per the weightlifting magazines over the last 5 years. My results have never been this great. Another great example is the following. Frisco Crossfit has a baseline test that introduces you to Crossfit. It consists of the following: 500 m row, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, and 10 pullups. The first day at the gym, I was put through this test and completed it in 7:37. It was very sloppy, I had to use an assistance band to complete the pull-ups, and had to complete the pushups on my knees. After 6 months, we retested. I completed it with much better form and no assistance at 4:43.

Under the influence of the atmosphere created at Frisco Crossfit, I have made substantial measurable gains through their workout program. This environment resulted in pushing me to improve my diet and the results of that alone amazed me.

The best part of this program is the personal interaction you get from the trainers. Cory, Kahle, John O, Jared, Kim and the other veteran members are a great resource to help you accomplish your goals. The workouts look very intimidating at first. However, they are all scalable to your level of fitness.

I cannot emphasize enough how much this program has changed me physically and mentally. I have dropped 15 pounds. The confidence instilled in you from accomplishing these workouts will completely change your outlook on what it means to be in shape. The support received from the Frisco Crossfit staff is unmatched. Leave your pride at the door and get to work!

I just wanted to thank you for introducing me to what I consider the best exercise experience of my adult life. I commend you for the professional, yet family-like environment you’ve fostered and continue to nurture. You and your staff are unbelievably genuine and I’m proud to be a member of your gym. Thank you for showing me I can do more than I ever thought possible and for your continued support and motivation. Please extend my appreciation to the rest of your crew as well.

Keep up the awesome work!

I am stronger than I was yesterday, but not as strong as I will be tomorrow.
